All elements on the riders.fr website and the RIDERS application (text, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, icons, source code, database, design, visual identity, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law and, more generally, by intellectual property law.
The name "RIDERS" and the associated logo are the exclusive property of the publisher. The "RIDERS" (no. 5283386), "NOVALPI" (no. 5283373) and figurative emblem (no. 5283410) trademarks were filed with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) on 29 July 2026.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, distribution or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the site and application, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, and constitutes an infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
User-generated content
RIDERS application users may publish content (routes, photos, videos, comments, reviews, etc.). They retain ownership of that content but grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the application, under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
The publisher reserves the right to moderate, remove or refuse any content that is contrary to the law, public morals, the rights of third parties or the Terms and Conditions of Use, without prior notice or compensation.
Personal data and geolocation
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection with respect to your personal data.
Data specifically collected by RIDERS:
- Geolocation data (routes, GPS positions): used to provide the application's features. You can disable location access at any time from your device settings.
- Photos and content you voluntarily publish.
- Identification data (email, username) and technical data (logs, device).

Subscriptions and financial terms
The RIDERS application operates on a freemium model with paid subscription features. Paid plans and their cancellation are described in the Terms of Use; price, duration and payment terms are presented at the point of subscription.
Riders Pro payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play; Riders Business is invoiced directly by NOVALPI SAS. The publisher does not have access to users' full banking details.
Liability and rider safety notice
The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published, but cannot guarantee its accuracy, precision or completeness.
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the site and the application available and working properly; they may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons. The statutory warranties owed to consumers apply as of right.
Nothing in this legal notice limits or excludes the publisher's liability for personal injury, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor the rights granted to consumers by law.
Hyperlinks
The riders.fr website and the application may contain links to other websites or third-party services. The publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no liability for their content, operation or the consequences of their use.
Applicable law, jurisdiction and mediation
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the services of a consumer mediator free of charge.
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, and subject to Article L. 612-2 of that Code, consumers may submit a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within one year of their written complaint to the professional. NOVALPI has appointed SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation body, under membership registered as number 19325/VM/2608. To refer a dispute to the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:

- The name, address and Sas Médiation Solution registration number of the professional concerned,
- A brief statement of the facts,
- A copy of the prior complaint,
- Any documents allowing the request to be examined (purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)
